As a main sponsor, Tangshan Sanyou Alkali (Group) Corporation established Sanyou Chemical together with the Asset Management Company of SDIC, Hebei Provincial Construction & Investment Company, Gainful Investment Company, Tangshan Investment Company Limited. Sanyou Chemical was founded on 28th Dec 1999 with total assets of 1 billion RMB and more than 2500 clerks. Its process technology has reached international most advanced level in 1990s，its annual capacity is 1 million tons of soda ash at present，which is one of the biggest domestic manufacturing enterprises of soda ash.
