Project description
Engineering:
The two new sets of 240T/H cycle fluid bed boilers with high
temperature and pressure and two sets of 25,000KW air
exhausters are necessary to be installed.
Scale:
50,000KW generating unit.
Design
capacity: 380,000t/y steam produced by the boilers; 39MW/y
electricity power.
The
key technical process and main equipments: 240T/H cycle fluid
bed boilers with high temperature and pressure; 2 sets of
25,000KW air exhausters.

Construction conditions
We
are going to enlarge the electricity power of the corporation
on the basis of 6 boilers and 3 generators (620,000t/y steam
and 43MW/y electricity power) which we have at present. The
advanced domestic cycle fluid bed boilers with high
efficiency, energy-saving and low pollution which are accorded
with the national environmental policy, will be chosen in
future. The corporation has its own reserve land without
applying for new one. The necessary personnel will be selected
and trained from the current staff members of our corporation
who have better experience in the operation and production,
for more than 10 years.

Market analysis
Tangshan
Sanyou Alkali(Group) Co., Ltd is in charge of supplying steam
and electricity power for the production and living life of
Nanpu Development Zone. The total power and steam at present
are basically reach the demand of the living people and
companies nearby. However, as long as the new projects of the
corporation are going to be constructed (especially the
projects such as 100,00t/a PVC and 100,000 caustic soda, the
calcium chloride joint venture corporation, the multi-function
differential viscose staple fibre project and so on), the
steam and electricity power consumption will be further
increased. Thus, the steam and power produced by this project
is going to be used for the corporation itself inside.

The economical benefit analysis
It
is estimated that the benefit will be as follows after it is
put into operation:
Sales
income/a: 21,070,000 USD
Project
profit/a: 5,090,000 USD
Profit
ratio of the investment: 13.7%
Internal
rate of return: 8.25 (after income tax)
The
initial design and equipment types have been fulfilled, and it
is estimated that the project construction is going to be
finished in the first season of the year 2005.
