Soda Ash, the   Main Product of Sanyou Chemical  Will Be Taking the Shape of 1.5 Million ton/a Capability

         Sanyou Chemical held a grand ceremony on Oct.10,2003 for the technical improvement  and enlargement project of 1.5 million ton/a soda ash capability which has been completed  and is going to be put into production. It marks another new step in Sanyou Chemical  industry development. 

       Sanyou Chemical selfly collectd the funds about 140 million yuan RMB and performed  a series of technical improvement projects such as the carbonizing tower technology、mother liquid distillation tower technology  、dense soda ash with low salt and etc. by using   the leading advanced technologies in the same field. In this way, not only the technical level of  production plant has been improved but also the plant capability has been enlarged. The production capability of the soda ash, the main product of Sanyou Chemical, will be increased to  1.5 million tons each year after all above projects reach their design abilities through the strict production management and perfect process operation. Then, the product structure of the  corporation will be further in the better adjustment. 

The above projects, together with another improvement project of 200,000 t/a dense soda ash  technology by using the squeezing method which has already been put into operation, have  Laid a firm foundation for the steady and healthy development of Sanyou Chemical.
